Fishmongers Australia was born in Byron Bay, NSW in 2001. After opening the highly successful two Sydney locations, Bondi Beach and Manly Beach, we are seeking new franchisees to join our growing family.
Our “gourmet fish and chips” are a far cry from the fish and chip shops of old. The chips are cut by hand daily; the Calamari is crumbed in house, the oysters shucked to order and the dipping sauces house made. Whether it’s the grilled squid, BBQ Prawns or just Fish and Chips, Fishmongers stay true to their strong reputation by delivering crisp freshness and a mouth-watering mix of flavours.

Fishmongers Australia offers a unique dining experience; our chips are hand cut daily, our tartare, pesto and gourmet sauces are also handmade and our gourmet fish is purchased fresh daily and filleted in-house. We do things the hard way to ensure our customers are eating a healthy, non-processed meal!
